Sailing Club Memberships
SailTime has created some fantastic membership options specifically designed for both private and corporate sailing clubs. With over a dozen bases in the UK and over 60 around the world, we can offer a great range of benefits and opportunities to clubs and their members.
Membership to SailTime through a club membership package enables the organisation to sail a new boat for up to six weeks a year at a base of their choice. Typical memberships allow for this time to be divided between cruising weekends, RYA training courses and week long trips.
Each membership allows for up to five designated "Club Skippers". Any member of the club can use the boat so long as one of the designated skippers or a SailTime skipper is onboard. As a club skipper, the minimum requirement is a Day Skipper certificate.
With up to seven "sail times" per month available, club members could be out on the water from as little as £75 per day or £300 for a weekend!! Divide this by six people on the yacht and it represents a cost of £50 a person for a weekend!.... Sounds too good to be true? It's not, SailTime are able to offer this exceptional value due to the fractional membership scheme it operates.
With up to 8 members per boat, membership time is divided into six weeks per member. Each member (club) is then entitled to use up to seven "sail times" per month. Bookings can be made any time from one day to one month in advance, all via our unique online booking system, "E-tendant".
