Our team building programmes can range from a fun team day out on the water with the emphasis on having fun, through to an extensive and integrated development and coaching programme running across multiple departments.

We will work with you on your development needs during the sailing experience, with our trainers giving you feedback on your performance. Our trainers facilitate sessions on best practice and work closely with your team to transfer their learning back into the workplace.
